James C. Nguyen serves as President of Vietnam Partnerships and Strategic Alliances for Vince International Properties, bringing a distinguished record of leadership across real estate, enterprise development, and international business. With more than two decades of experience building high-performance organizations and cultivating influential cross-border relationships, James plays a central role in expanding VIP’s reach among Vietnamese UHNW clients, family offices, and strategic partners seeking access to U.S. real estate opportunities.

 

James earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, where he began laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial career. While completing his degree, he launched his first enterprise, an early demonstration of the initiative, discipline, and strategic thinking that would define his leadership trajectory.

 

Over the years, James built and led a sales force of more than 5,000 professionals across real estate, insurance, and financial services. Many of the leaders he mentored went on to achieve significant financial success, reflecting his ability to inspire excellence and develop talent at scale. His executive background extends into land development, construction, commercial projects, FTZ initiatives, and high-end residential real estate, where he oversaw portfolios exceeding USD 400 million in market value.

 

James later consolidated his various business ventures into a unified leadership platform, empowering entrepreneurs and executives to elevate their business acumen through relationship-driven leadership. Fluent in Vietnamese and deeply connected within Vietnam’s business community, he leads VIP’s Vietnam Partnerships division with a focus on relationship development, strategic alliances, and cross-border client engagement.
